The very last performance of our group, then called 'Eeny Meeny Miny & Mo' at my 21st birthday party held at Kidsgrove Town Hall on July 28th 1967. It was a night of live music as we played two spots, as did the Pete Kinsey Quartet. In-between, two other groups played a few numbers. Of these I can only remember Trevor Mullock and his band. I think the other lot were a 'grab' of various group members. At this party I had requested record tokens (if anyone asked what to buy me for a present!). As a result I had a pile of tokens to 'spend' the following day. I remember going into all record shops in Hanley buying all kinds of Jazz LP's mainly, many of which I still have today and playing them always reminds me of this great day.
